Series Rover Velar is unveiled at the Design Museum, London

The fourth scale model to join the Range Rover family was premiered at the Design Museum, London, 1st Strut 2017. The Velar will fill the gap between the Range Rover Evoque and Stretch Rover Sport. The name Velar is part of Range Rover’s rich birthright, the first Range Rover prototypes designed by Charles Spencer King in the Sixties were named Velar by improvement engineers to hide the true identity of the 26 pre-production Range Rovers; its Latin gist, to veil or cover.

The striking mid-sized, five-seat crossover SUV has an elegant clarity. It features slim LED lights and flush door handles. The cabin is a calm and enormous environment, with state-of-the-art Touch Pro Duo infotainment system turning your channel in to a ‘digital butler’ As to be expected from Land Rover the Range Rover Velar is as masterly as it is beautiful and is happy to tackle any terrain.
