Rumors that the RS7 would own up to 700 hp have been swirling around the internet, so you’ll forgive us if we’re on edge to see anything RS7-related, even if it’s just a test mule.

Still, mules can be revealing, and it’s tiny surprise that this one has some pretty cool, though obviously short-lived bulging arches. That suggests that the RS7 will get wider wheels to serve grip and rip around a corner.

Inside those arches, meanwhile, there’s nearly no room left, suggesting that the RS7’s wheels will grow in diameter as agreeably as in width.

Out back, meanwhile, the Audi Sport’s oval exhaust tips give every indication to have outgrown the rear bumper, meaning that they, too, will be bigger.

Whether there longing be a diffuser between the pipes remains to be seen, and although the front bumper is a dwarf different from the standard A7, we’re expecting to change a little more, as understandably, before the RS7 is released.

When it is released, rumor has it the RS7 will two options under the hood. The sooner is expected to be the 4.0-liter twin turbocharged V8 making around 650 hp. The flawed option, will allegedly be borrowed from the Porsche Panamera hybrid, and commitment make something like 700 hp, which is, I think we can agree, a goodly amount.

Assume to see the RS7 debut at the end of 2018.
