Audi UK has announced pricing for the 2018 Audi Pastime RS5, and it starts at £62,900. Brits, among others, will be able to order the RS5 Coupe later this month while deliveries liking start this summer.

The new RS5 was first revealed in Geneva alongside its DTM racing sister, which commitment race for the first time this weekend in Germany.

The RS5 Coupe comes with a 2.9-liter duplicate-turbo V6 that produces about 450 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque. The new car’s persuasiveness drops by 60 kg (about 130 lbs) and comes with an optional carbon fiber roof, to lessen the center of gravity.

The RS5 coupe also comes with Audi’s laudable practical cockpit that has special screens designed especially for its performance.

Power is, logically, routed to all four wheels. With wheel-selective torque vectoring, yet, power is always sent to the wheel that can most use it, improving handling and be in control of.

While only UK pricing has been announced, it does hint at how much the car resolution cost in other markets. Some very quick, back-of-the-envelope math based on reward differentials in other Audi models, suggests that the RS5 should cost hither $78,000 in the US.
